Food is delicious. Love the bruschetta and garlic toast. Honey balsamic salad dressing is a must try. Had the mixed greens on the grilled chicken salad. Sauce on pizza is a sweeter sauce than I'm accustomed to in Pgh, but perfectly made pie. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Parking is street parking only but they deliver in the south hill s.

Wow what a good Italian hoagie. Very rarely do I leave reviews, but it was fantastic. I was craving a hoagie all day, and wanted to pick one up after work. I've had their pizza before and figured it's close to home. One of the best Italian hoagies I've had in a long time. Absolutely fantastic.

We used Giovanni's for catering for a graduation party and the food was a hit at the party. Everyone wanted to know where we got the food because they loved it. The variety of food was excellent. In addition to a great variety of excellent food, there are several gluten free options which helped with dietary restrictions.

We were visiting from out of town and were searching for a good gluten and dairy free pizza! Giovanni’s hit the spot and Was easily the best GF DF pizza I have had! The service was great, our pizza were done within 8 minutes and the staff was very friendly. We are already making plans to return the next time we are in Pitt!

I tried the spinach pizza and ultimate chicken pizza with extra chicken, and both were delicious . If you eat in the dining area, it is very hot being next to the kitchen

I was in town with a few hours to kill when I found Giovanni's on Dormont. The door was open, invitingly, with the delicious smell of fresh pizza wafting out to the street. Thought the dining room is currently closed, it was quaint and will definitely be a cozy option for dine-in, hopefully soon! Though the woman behind the counter was clearly busy, she was very kind and took my order in a timely manner. My pizza came out faster than she'd told me, and she proudly presented it for me to see before boxing it for me to take to go. And proud she should be, indeed. The pizza was FANTASTIC! I not only got the extra cheese I asked for and then some, but the pizza crust itself had that perfect soft crunch that warms the soul. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food I was given and I will likely be making regular stops here from now on whenever I'm in town. I'd recommend anyone looking for just plain GOOD pizza try here!

The dough was so fresh with a nice soft but chewy texture. The sauce was very nice with a strong sweetness that complemented the great toppings, particularly the sausage. However, the spinach and cheese rolls are what made this place stand out; excellent herbs and spices used with a nice buttery dough to encapsula it all. I highly recommend this place!

Such a cute pizza shop with seating available. I have a dairy and egg allergen and read that they had vegan options available. I was greeted when I walked in & explained that I wanted to insure the crust, cheese, and sauce was vegan because that would avoid the allergies I had but the toppings could be normal. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, It was delicious! When it was brought to the table the person made sure I was handed the correct pizza and let me know precautions were taken. Thank you for being soo caring and nice to prepare my order correctly, I would highly recommend. Not to mention sometimes the flavors aren't the best but I honestly couldn't tell the difference with the allergen friendly ingredients. It was the best pizza I've had in awhile.
